The hotel was fairly clean and in a marvellous location, the staff were extremely helpful. Location: the property was so close to the wonderful garden, a local restaurant and the mini market. It also was in the middle of the city.

Great location, friendly people, opportunity to experience Portuguese life and culture through traditional folk music held at the town square.
Felt like treated like royalty, nothing too much trouble.

The accommodation was spacious and adequate for our needs. the outside courtyard area, although in need of painting, provided a relaxing space to unwind. the apartment had tasteful furnishings and was equipped with everything we needed. the presence of two bathrooms made it convenient for our group of four. the garden, with its covered eating area and swing, was a perfect spot to relax after our busy schedule. the location was central, allowing us to easily explore the town and enjoy local amenities. the friendly locals and traditional folk music at the nearby town square added to the authentic Portuguese experience.
Felt very comfortable, the host was charming, and nothing was too much trouble.

The double room we stayed in at Casa Da Nora was absolutely fantastic! It had all the amenities we needed, like a dishwasher, toaster, and microwave. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. And having a washing machine was so convenient for keeping our clothes fresh. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and bidets, it easily accommodated our family. Plus, having a balcony was a nice bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better room!
One thing we found less appealing was the kitchen. It was a bit small for our liking.

I recently stayed at Casa Da Nora for one night and had a fantastic experience. The house was modern and well-equipped, with super fast internet and comfortable beds. The host was extremely helpful and the homemade food downstairs was exceptional. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had two bathrooms, making it perfect for our party of four. The garden was a peaceful oasis, complete with a covered eating area and swing. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Thank you for the warm welcome and the bowl of fruit!
Would recommend this hotel.

The apartment we stayed in was very nice, clean, and spacious. It had two bedrooms and a big back porch, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The location of the apartment was perfect, as it was in a nice village with stunning views over the valleys. We also appreciated the friendly and attentive host, who made us feel welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed.
There was really nothing we didn't like about our stay. The only minor inconvenience was the small village roads, which took a bit of getting used to.

Loved the charming village atmosphere: The rustic charm of the village created a unique and authentic experience for our Christmas stay. The crumbling buildings and narrow streets added to the character of the place.
Disappointing breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast offered at the hotel fell short of our expectations. The quality of the items, such as the ham, cheese, and bread, was quite low.
